Orders received after 17:00, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7 – 10 business days
3. Where We Deliver We currently deliver to United Kingdom only. If your location is not supported, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

5. Shipment Tracking & Order Confirmation You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to become visible. You can track your shipment via the link in your confirmation email or through our "Track Order" page.
6. Customs, Duties & VAT For international deliveries, the following applies: customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT charged by their respective country. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Order or delivery address modifications are possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders can be cancelled up until 19:00 (GMT) on the day of the order.
- If the order is already in transit, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In this case, you may refuse delivery. Once returned, your refund will be processed.

8. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (unused items).
- Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label.

9. Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
