This policy applies to all orders delivered and is fully compliant with applicable consumer protection regulations and Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Window):
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached.
- It should be returned in its original packaging where possible, or in suitable protective packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Once your return request is approved, you must return the item within 30 days.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift wrapping or additional service fees
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry and earrings.
These exceptions do not affect your rights if the product is defective or not as described.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, We will provide, at your choice, either a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following:
- Clear photos or a short video of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
In these cases, return shipping is free and we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Return Costs
Return shipping is 100% free for all returns.
- Whether your item arrived damaged, defective, or you simply changed your mind (personal reasons), Elsie & Betts covers all return shipping costs.
- Free return shipping applies to all eligible returns as defined in Section 1.
5. How to Return an Item:
To request a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page.
Once your return is approved:
- We will send you a prepaid return label and exact return address for your shipment.
- Download and print the return label
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Attach the return label to the package
- Send the package to the return address communicated to you by our support team.
6. Refund Process Once the returned item has been received and verified:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
