  2.  This return and refund policy clearly and transparently explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.

This policy applies to all orders delivered and is fully compliant with applicable consumer protection regulations and Google Merchant Center requirements.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window) You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled and undamaged
  • It must be returned in its original packaging or appropriately received packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Once your cancellation is approved, you must return the item within 30 days.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, assembled or damaged after delivery
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Gift wrapping or additional service fees

These exceptions do not affect your rights if the product is defective or not as described.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following:

  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

In these cases, return shipping is free and we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Return Costs Return costs depend on the reason for the return:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Return shipping is free
  • A prepaid return label will be provided

Personal Reasons

  • If the item is in good condition but you no longer wish to keep it, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer

6. How to Return an Item To request a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page.

Once your return is approved:

  • We will send you a return label or return instructions
  • Download and print the return label
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Attach the return label to the package
  • Send the parcel to our return address via a postal or courier service

7. Refund Process Once the returned item has been received and verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
