2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
A contract is concluded upon:

- The shipment of the goods

4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or additional VAT charges — the price shown at checkout is the final price.
6. Right of withdrawal — 30-day return window
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
In addition, Elsie & Betts voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from delivery.

Once your return is approved:
- We will refund all payments received, including any standard delivery costs, within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Returned items must be:
- To qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy, items should be returned unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging where possible.
Return shipping is free for all returns — whether your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or simply wasn't the right fit. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved.
