Where is my parcel? After placing your order, it takes an average of 1 to 2 business days to process your order and 6 to 8 business days for your order to be delivered.

Where can I find my tracking code? As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active.
How can I track my order? You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking page to view the status of your delivery. You can do so on this page.
